Instructions for Submitting WIMGA Dues for a Local MG Association
Dues are to be paid to the WIMGA Treasurer by January 15 of each year.
When sending in dues payment, please submit the following:
- Email a list of members
- in alphabetical order
- with addresses, phone numbers and email addresses
- include only paid WIMGA members (please remove any others)
- preferred document type is an Excel file (.xls), but a text file (.doc or .rtf) can be sent
- cc the MG Program Coordinator when sending the message
2. Mail a check or checks made payable to "WIMGA"

If you have questions, email Byron. Do NOT submit WIMGA dues payment to the MG Program Office! You should email the list of members to the Program Coordinator at the same time you send it to the WIMGA Treasurer, however.
